Safe, effective removal of moss and organic growth to improve appearance and protect your roof.
Restore faded, weathered UPVC to a clean, bright finish.
Deep cleaning and maintenance for block paving, concrete and imprinted surfaces.
Our roof cleaning and moss removal service is tailored to the condition of each roof. The approach depends on factors such as tile type, roof pitch, access, moss levels, and whether the priority is appearance, prevention, or long-term maintenance.
Moss is carefully removed using extendable Scrapers or specialist attachments designed to lift growth without forcing water into the roof structure. Access methods vary by property, including safe use of scaffold towers or harness systems where required. Water flow is always controlled to follow natural drainage, just as rain would.
Once moss is removed, a soft-wash biocidal treatment is applied to kill remaining spores and slow regrowth. This helps keep gutters clearer and reduces recurring moss issues.
A full roof assessment is carried out before work begins, and we avoid high-pressure methods that can damage tiles, membranes, or leadwork. Any visible issues identified during inspection are highlighted before proceeding.
Our UPVC and conservatory restoration service goes beyond basic cleaning. We restore weathered, faded plastic frames, sills, fascias, eaves, full roofline, and panels using specialist products and controlled hand polishing techniques to bring back a clean, bright finish.
Over time, UV exposure, weather cycles, and household cleaners strip protective oils from UPVC, allowing dirt and oxidation to become embedded in the surface. This causes frames to appear dull, grey, or yellowed. We carefully remove this ingrained contamination, polish the surface evenly, and then reintroduce conditioning oils to restore colour, sheen, and resistance to future staining.
Different plastics and elevations are treated according to condition and access, using ladders, towers, hand techniques and elbow grease. Higher-level restoration options are available for severe oxidation, staining, or discolouration on facias, soffits and apexes. Each property is assessed beforehand to determine the safest and most effective approach.
Driveway & Imprinted Concrete
All driveway and hard-surface restorations begin with a full assessment and a clear plan. The approach depends on the surface type and construction, whether block paving, concrete, imprinted concrete, or stone, so the correct method can be used from the start.
Driveway & Patio Cleaning and Restorations
Cleaning is carried out in two stages rather than a single pass. Initial pressure washing removes surface contamination, followed by high a detailed clean to lift heavy ingrained spots, organic growth, and staining. Where needed, targeted treatments are used for oil, black spots, and heavy soiling to return the surface as close as possible to its original condition.
Once fully dry, block-paved driveways are re-sanded using kiln-dried sand to stabilise joints and lock the surface back together. This helps prevent movement and slows future weed growth. Where appropriate, a suitable sealer is advised to enhance appearance, protect the surface, and harden the sand in the joints preventing weed growth for years to come.
Imprinted Concrete Restorations
Imprinted concrete requires a different approach to standard cleaning. After careful cleaning and treatment, specialist sealers are used to restore colour, protect the surface, and prevent moisture damage. Correct sealing also hardens the jointing below the surface, helping to inhibit weed growth and extend the life of the driveway.
Each driveway is assessed individually to ensure the correct products and finishes are used, with optional treatments available depending on condition and long-term maintenance goals.
